When most organizations and vendors talk about HR Analytics, they rarely talk about how the analytics impact business outcomes. Instead, the focus is on creating dashboards of old data versus diagnosing issues and delivering actual results. This comprehensive webinar will provide best practices for leveraging analytics to improve outcomes critical to health care organizations (e.g., low turnover and high CAHPS scores), including how to take the right approach to analytics overall, build your analytics team the right way and provide the tools to create a compelling presentation. Plus, a case study will show how the HR department of the largest nonprofit health care system in the country has leveraged analytics to improve critical health care objectives, leading to a savings of more than $3 million in one year!

Objectives:

  • Build an analytics discipline from start to launch in any size health care organization.
  • Utilize the right outcome data (turnover, CAHPS) to show the ROI of your HR initiatives.
  • Create an analytics team that maximizes data integration and key reporting.
