Description: How often have we wished that we could find a magic wand to solve our recruiting, retention and engagement problems? With $46 billion spent yearly on leadership development, it can seem like we are just spinning our wheels despite our best efforts.

In this webinar, we will introduce a simple yet powerful concept that can transform your workplace from the inside out, not by doing anything new, but by doing things differently. Organizations need to put people at the very center of their corporate strategies and to develop leaders who have relationship-centric skills. Leaders recognize this — 92% in a survey stated that compassion was important to effective leadership. Yet 80% said they did not know how to enhance this quality.

This webinar will review the four components to leading with compassion. Beginning with these concrete actions, you can create a culture of compassion at all levels of leadership, from the Boardroom to the Bedside. You will foster higher engagement, lower turnover and a more magnetic culture.

Objectives:

  1. Review current benchmark data for staffing indicators, workforce engagement and industry turnover.
  2. Learn how compassionate cultures foster psychologically safe, inclusive and connection-rich environments.
  3. Learn four steps to L.E.A.D. with compassion, steps that can be taken away and applied immediately within the participants’ workplace.
