Webinar Roundtable (Member Exclusive): The Hidden Load of Healthcare HR: Challenges, Stressors and S
When:
Jul 9, 2026 from 01:00:00 PM to 02:00:00 PM (CT)
Healthcare HR professionals are carrying an extraordinary load—and in Part 2 of this ASHHRA member-exclusive session, we’ll move from shared realities to practical application. Building on key themes surfaced in Part 1, this webinar will focus on the day-to-day stressors of healthcare HR work: relentless capacity demands, shifting priorities, and ongoing fatigue driven by constant demands and emotional strain. Attendees will examine how sustained burnout, competing expectations, and limited recovery time are impacting both individuals and teams—and explore practical approaches to address them.
With guidance from Lisa Herbert, MD, FAAFP, PCC participants will gain actionable insights and proven strategies to reduce burden, strengthen support systems, and sustain themselves and their teams.
