Webinar: Reconnecting HR to the Frontline: How Leader Standard Work Translates People Strategy into

When:  Jun 9, 2026 from 01:00:00 PM to 02:00:00 PM (CT)

This webinar, presented by ASHHRA and Laudio Insights, explores new research on how frontline managers amplify an organization’s people strategy—and why HR must play a central role in strengthening those connections. Drawing on data from over 300,000 healthcare employees and interviews with CHROs and executive leaders, the session outlines how Leader Standard Work (LSW) provides a practical, human‑centered framework for improving retention, reducing leadership variation, and rebuilding trust between HR and the frontline. Participants will learn how relational leadership behaviors, supported by clear processes and modern technology, drive measurable improvements in workforce stability and organizational performance.

Objectives:

  1. Explain the role of Leader Standard Work as a “relationship engine” and how it strengthens alignment between HR, frontline managers, and executive leadership.
  2. Identify the relational leadership behaviors that most influence retention, including the frequency and type of meaningful manager–employee interactions supported by multiple interviews with HR executives.
  3. Apply practical strategies to reduce leadership variation and streamline frontline workflows, enabling managers to spend more time on high‑value, people‑focused activities.
