I am an HR professional who founded Molto Crescendo in 2011 after my decision to exit Corporate America following 20+ years of working across industries and diverse business structures and sizes. My experience is on both the healthcare insurance (claims, medical review, healthcare fraud, quality assurance, systems) and provider sides (hospital, physician, managed care contracting, operations, sales, IT), which provides me a unique view of the comprehensive healthcare picture - and the people side of making everything together.   

My vision and passion are to help organizations and leaders who are ready and willing to invest the time and energy in their leaders and teams to bring about sustained behavior change. Specifically, my team and I have a passion for helping organizations equip today and tomorrow's leaders to drive growth, and get build organizational talent to respond to the constant shifts and changes in their market.
