I am obsessed with sushi, cooking (and playing) in my kitchen, and shopping.
I am the Founder and CEO of LB Talent Solutions, by night. I help people maximize and elevate their talent and leadership potential and that of their teams. I am a strong believer that more of us are leaders than we think, and I am here to prove it to the world, one awesome person at a time.
By day, I am a tech-savvy Human Resources and Talent Executive with well over a decade of experience.
I am known for my unique ability to develop and retain high performing, highly engaged and highly inclusive people, teams and organizations.
In my spare time, I tend to my passion project. I host #RealPeople #RealTalk, a FREE (go register!) monthly virtual roundtable series on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. I can't stress how important I think this is to our society and to our workplaces.
I was recognized by Crain’s Chicago Business on their 2020 Notable HR Leader List. That is definitely a highlight of my story as I was nominated for it!

I serve as a board member of the American Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administration (ASHHRA), chair of the education committee for the Illinois Diversity Council, and mentor at a non-profit called ExcelBeyond211.
