As a result, I have established an unmatched network of top talent at all levels and have successfully completed national search assignments for C-Suite, physicians, mid-levels, and middle management executives across all healthcare industry sectors.
My mission is to efficiently deliver rare top-tier talent and offer personalized service for each client's needs. I hold the SPHR and CIR credentials and have extensive knowledge and experience in human resources, organizational structure, and mentoring.

When I'm not working, you'll find me handing out meals to the homeless and mentoring children through Reaching Higher (a nonprofit dedicated to developing leadership and social skills). Supporting victims of human trafficking is very close to my heart.
I love my family dearly, which consists of my husband, Bob, and two children, Tony and Kelly. We have three (3) dogs: Coton de Tulears, a hedgehog, and a bearded dragon.
